DO NOT RENT FROM ANY PLACE THEY MANAGE OR OWN!!!! They do not come out on maintenance requests, I have put in many and have yet to see them out here, the houses are not repaired in a correct manner, they are just patched up I WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! I m just waiting on my lease to be done and over with so I can get out of this place and away from these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Once you have paid your deposit, they stop answering the phone for you!!! You must call over and over for days to be able to speak to ANYONE!!!! I m not just an evil person, I m a renter, rent is always on time, I m very clean, I m the perfect tenant, but I know how these management companies can take advantage of people!! If they tell you that they are coming to fix something, you must stay home ALL DAY until about 7 or 8pm, if they don t show, you must do it all over again the next day, which normal people work, so it takes weeks to get anything fixed or done, but they are always available to accept your rent payment!! ?? Shocking huh!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
