If I had the option of 0 stars I would. I ordered a product from this company back in July 2016. Product came, really not bad. Unfortunately the companies sales people for some reason now decided to harass me, hang up on me (I presume because I didn't order again when they called). The last pushy salesperson even said "oh so you want me to call every day then?" I can't believe a reputable company out there would loose any chance they have of getting good, steady, return business by being such jerks. I keep getting blocked calls daily because apparently this must excite them. Unbelievable that there are companies out there like this one. Do not order anything from this company. Now there are numerous sales people, male and female participating in calling me daily, always from a blocked number.

Horrible. And they just keep calling. If you ask them to stop they hang up on you and just keep calling.

Horrible business people.....ordered the flashlight pens and they came in wrong color and company name spelled wrong. When I called they said oh yes we are sorry and said they will correct it. Well they got the color right on the next order but company name still spelled wrong, now they won't return my calls to correct them. How in the heck do you pass out pens with the company name spelled wrong??? Very disappointed!!!!!!

Same as above. Ordered pens with my company name and number printed on them. 70% were unusable because the printing of the name, or number, or slogan were missing or smudged. Called their "customer service". No one answers and no one calls back. Had the credit card company stop payment until they fix the problem. That probably won't happen.

Just as Susan described in a previous comment, I received misprinted pens -- I'm a PROOFREADING company, so I can't exactly pass THOSE out, can I?!! -- and played phone tag to try to get things corrected. They said they'd request that FedEx pick up my return package -- never happened. I called back to no avail. Left messages; they don't answer the phone. Filed a dispute w/ my credit card company, which found in my favor. Now I get a notice from a collections agency for $185 -- $30 more than the original cost. And I STILL have the box of pens all sealed and ready to go back to them, should FedEx ever stop by.

This company is horrible. They solicited an order and did not do anything that they promised that they would do. Their word is not worth a damn. I would advise anyone contemplating doing business with them not to. They told me that their customer service representative would call me back...LAST WEEK!

Ordered business card magnets, very pleased with them. Then ordered stainless steel coffee mugs in October, COD, Finally received them in January, they were plastic, with no seal so they leaked. Have called and left messages with no response. Have talked to the salesman and was put on "hold" so he could check into it, was disconnected. Spoke to salesman again and said I wanted to return them and wanted my money back and was hung up on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

CROOKS! BUYER BEWARE. SCAM COMPANY! Company contacted me first to buy flashlight pens. Fussed and charged me more to use COD (cash on delivery). Sent COD finger flashlights next time WE DID NOT ORDER. Paid then opened. Stupid product. They called persistently so I ordered tire gauge keychains WITHOUT COD. Cool idea but LOGO WORE OFF 1ST DAY and now they had the information they wanted. SCAM GETS WORSE. I ORDER NOTHING. I GET NOTHING. Stellar puts HOLD ON $259 IN MY BANK ACCOUNT for the maximum number of days. MYBANK CAN DO NOTHING. I cancel debit card first day. I call company and get NO RESPONSE. Call daily, only response is from shipping department saying they will find out what is going on. This was last week. NO RESPONSE. Last day of money hold $259 has GONE THRU. THEY GOT MY MONEY! The bank is filling a form out to try to give it back to me, but there is no guarantee. SCAM ARTISTS
