Bought a kilo of mango powder through Federal Ingredients website a few months ago. Just wanted to let you know my team used it to make mango macarons for a private catered party. They were a hit. My whole reputation depends on the ingredients I buy, and your stuff is the shizzle. The ginger powder I just ordered is the strongest, most pungent stuff I've ever come across. The stuff I buy from third world countries is just tired compared to the fresh stuff you made for me. Really apprecdiate it. Regret that I complained about the 2 week lead time - didn't realize you flew the stuff in, made it fresh for me from scratch. These are going to be the best ginger snaps I ever made. Thanks for the tip about adding fresh ginger juice. I'll be back.
