Biggest mistake I’ve made in a long time. Not a trustworthy dealership. You should either avoid or be very careful. I trusted and paid the huge price. Both the Soldotna and Wasilla stores were involved. As I write this, I still don’t have the title to the vehicle I bought. It’s been over THREE MONTHS! Apparently, they think it is okay to sell me a vehicle they didn’t actually own. They have been trying to obtain a title so they can transfer it and possessed the vehicle for months before they sold it to me. When I bought the vehicle, it had a check engine light on. The salesman JG had their mechanic look at it since it had ‘only just happened’ minutes before I arrived to pick it up. They told me it was a very common problem with this engine, all it needed was a tank of premium gas and some injector cleaner and it would be fine. Foolishly, I trusted them. I found out later that the owner of the company had it happen to him while he was driving it to the dealership after they first ‘obtained’ it. I was able to find the previous owner and found that this problem was WHY he traded it in. It turned out to be a very serious engine problem, that they refuse to talk about and of course it was sold as is and nothing they said or implied can be used to hold them accountable. After not getting title and discovering the seriousness of the engine problems, I became angry. They then went silent and wouldn’t even respond to my weekly requests to know where my title is.
