I was so excited to start my brand new salon in my own building. This is by far the most unprofessional company I have had the opportunity to do business with. This company does not care about customer service, it’s property in Allen or its tenants. I have been in the space that I am renting for 6 months. I have had 4 different maintenance issues that were not resolved in a timely or professional manner. This last incident was by far the worst. The company did not hold up their part of the agreement which is the lease until I got the city of Allen involved. I have lost business time and money in the process. And the company feels that a 10% discount on my rent is sufficient for me losing 4000 for the month of December. Oh yes I could not work during the month of December due to the negligence of this company. They fail to issue notices when the work that they are doing will affect your business. They disconnected the electricity and the gas so imagine my surprise when I arrived to service my clients. I had to cancel appointments all month long. If you are looking for a space please meet with the owners and talk with them thoroughly before you get locked into a bad deal. Sadly Mistaken#ReadthestoryintheBibleabouttheunjustjudge
