As you will read at YP.com, Varsity Motors has some passionate fans. Varsity Motors and Tom Birsen the owner represent the most honest and fair auto repair business I've ever dealt with. One person (with two reviews of the same event at YP.com and reviews elsewhere) has made violent and false negative statements about VM. You'll note that at YP.com every other review is five stars. The negative review (actually two re same event by same person) asserts that Varsity was banned from the Whitehouse Chamber of Commerce (false), and that the Director of the Whitehouse CoC (Josh Torres--you can Google him and contact him) stated that there have been numerous complaints and attorney actions (there have been NONE). This reviewer also has stated that the BBB has received many complaints (there have been NONE other than this one person). The BBB record shows that VM diligently attempted to resolve the matter (a simple matter involving a broken oil filler cap) and closed the case. VM has an A- rating, and the only reason for not having the highest rating is time in business. A reason given for higher rating is the diligence through which Varsity attempted to resolve the matter mentioned above. There is no more honest and fair dealing auto repair business anywhere. If you honestly disagree, please comment here. But I don't think any honest person will find fault in any way with this business.

I wouldn't recommend this place for anything. Even if my life depended on it. Bill Bales. Give me a call so I can tell you of the 20 plus people that I personally know of that have had their cars damaged by Tom Birsen. I know of two at this moment. You know my name. I am in the book. Call me and I will help you with the facts. Varsity Motors is a one man operation that lied to Whitehouse Village Council even on his building use plans. Google it. I have know idea why Tom Birsen damages cars when in for repairs for simple items. I only report the facts of which I personally had a car damaged. And he offers $50 bucks for me to repair the damage. I ended up taking to another reputable repair shop and it cost me over $200. They couldn't believe the damage he caused by a simple oil change. Call around to all of the other local repair shops. They hear the problems Birsen at Varsity Motors causes as they have to fix them. This guy worked in a division of IBM and was fired. He then sold toner cartridges which failed and now he is an expert auto mechanic. You do the math.
