chartis specialty insurance company held an excess policy on a construction co. that had a supervisor that hit me and my wife from behind in a company truck and we flew off of the freeway 25 ft. in the air . Now they are doing everything possible to keep from paying their portion of the insurance policy and making it seem that we are not worthy or as thier 57 affirmative reasons why they are not responsible for an accident that happened in 2008 states, we did not do all we could do to prevent this accident. It is ridiculous for an insurance co. to not do as they are being paid to do, yet hard working americans must have insurance or they will be persecuted and prosecuted by laws they have lobbied to be put in place, yet there are no repercusions for when they continually disregard and basically destroy one's quality of life and try to put the most stressfull situation to it's most extreme levels by sorry delaying tactics. it almost seems they are hoping you will just die and go away. The laws are in place where an insurance company will be profitable , because no matter how much you pay for insurance yearly, you will still have the same bill the next year even if you have never filed a claim before, or more if they feel they want to raise their rates, an the only option is to either pay it, or find a different insurance company.

chartis specialty insurance company held an excess policy on a construction co. that had a supervisor that hit me and my wife from behind in a company truck and we flew off of the freeway 25 ft. in the air .
