DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They consistently change there rules. They do t pick up on holidays and most times not the next day or that week so you have extra for the next week and they still charge the full fee that month. Then they won’t pick up the extra bags the next week. This is the worst garbage service I have ever used. The pick up person has the worst attitude. They only allow ten 13 gallon bags a week. I was told that if occasionally you need more picked up to call them, tell them how many more and they will pick them up. Now if you do they will only pick them up for an additional $2 or $2.50 for each bag. We have a family of seven. So sometimes we have more then 10 bags. We also burn most of the items that can be burned. I have watched the pick up person tear a bag while getting ready to put it in the trailer and just leave the trash all over the ground where it fell. They complain that the bags are to heavy. They won’t pick up a feed bag that has been filled with other bags that don’t burn. I could go on and on.
