Unethical, Deceitful, and Fraudulent Business Practices.
- On or about of March they had placed their own lock onto my storage and denied entry without [ANY] disclosure while placed a ransom charge of $541. All bills had been paid in full prior too and I had all receipts reflecting such which was issued by them that I had made [ALL] successful payments on time. Still to this date as of October 25 2022 my storage and my belongings are being held hostage. Not only being an elderly disabled woman, with little to no energy to be taken advantage of, they literally had physically assaulted me which I had no choice but to file a police report. They have gone too far. This company will even forged documentations before a judge even knowing that I have receipts with their letterhead, so make sure they sign each receipt they give you to prevent forgery if you do elect to put your belongings at risk.
