I had originally contacted Jay based on his favorable reviews and pleasant email when I wanted to transport my car from Maryland to Texas. Our initial conversation was pleasant and after careful consideration, I decided to choose this company. On Tuesday,March 13th, I had contacted this company several times but to no avail. I then called back the next day and was told to call back during normal business hours because his wife was giving him a mean look and wanted him to get off of the phone. I found this very odd since he advertise his business as being open from 9am-9pm and my phone call was hours before 9pm and yet I decided to give this company one more try. I made another phone call today March 19th at around 5pm, when Jay answered the I started to familiarize him with our prior conversation and was rudely interrupted,instead of Jay exhibiting excellent customer service and professionalism he interrupted me and stated, " Hold up, Im about ready to hang up and tell you to call another service if your conversation is going to be like this." i guess the wind at the park was too much for him. I had written a review of his lack of professionalism on anther site and he didnt like it so he told mytransportreviews that he didnt know who I was and I never contacted him before so my review was removed from that site,yet he called me that same night and cursed me out on my voicemail about my review, which is interesting since he doesnt know me.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!

I had originally contacted Jay based on his favorable reviews and pleasant email when I wanted to transport my car from Maryland to Texas. Our initial conversation was pleasant and after careful consideration, I decided to choose this company. On Tuesday,March 13th, I had contacted this company several times but to no avail.
