my mother wrote a check for 560 dollars and the unit did not work and he would not refund labor if we had used a credit card we would have gotten a full refund because we could have disputed him wanting to charge for labor for something that did not work. he also tried to blame my mother for an extra visit when he recommended to start the unit at half speed. he really double talked and we got no satisfaction. use a credit card with this company.
