We came to Nicolinnis when it was an hour wait at Outback. Neither of us had heard anything about it, but decided to try it out. The building is unassuming and the only sign on the place was the one out front. Its where the Bennigans used to be and the building looks the same. But as soon as we walked inside, we never thought of Bennigans again. The decor was fantastic, from the marble flooring to the stucco walls, the place looked totally different. We were shown to a table after a short wait, which we spent having a glass of wine from their extensive list at the beautiful marble bar, and soon after, a server came by with a basket of the best bread Ive ever had in my life and a wonderful pesto dipping sauce. Everything that followed was just as amazing! The mussels were delicious, our dinner salads had homemade Italian dressing that is to die for, my pork chop was juicy and perfect, and my wifes veal so good that I just had to help her with it ;). One I tasted the cannoli, I knew the meal was worth every penny! I HIGHLY suggest you check them out for yourself. You wont be disappointed.
