DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY. I was visiting a friend at College Edge apartments (next to Blinn College) and had a visitor's pass visible in the dashboard and my car was towed! I immediately went to the front office who informed me that it should have not been towed. I was not given transport to the company even though they left me stranded without a car. The employees did inform me they saw the pass but did not think it belonged to the complex although the complex had informed them hours before in the change of visitor parking pass. The company also interrogated me as if I had stolen the car. I had to show them my license, insurance, and show them I had the keys to the vehicle and kindly pointed out that my initials were on the back of MY car. They continually locked my car in the lot as if I was going to steal it. OUTRAGEOUS, they didn't even apologize.

Unprofessional. GPS doesn’t take you to their actual location, which that isn’t their fault of course, but I was given completely wrong directions when I called and asked where to go. Unprofessional. GPS doesn’t take you to their actual location, which that isn’t their fault of course, but I was given completely wrong directions when I called and asked where to go. The lady sent me nearly twenty minutes in the opposite direction when I finally called back and turned around. She then proceeded to tell me all about her personal life, made us wait while she fed a cat, talked trash about her coworkers to us, and then almost lost my keys. Two hours for something that should have taken twenty minutes tops.

The worst towing operation in the city. I can not believe that the City of College Station allows them to tow in our community. They plant people; in parking lots in shabby vehicles and then watch the person pay the money and once the paying patron has entered the establishment in which he was going, they scoop in and tow your vehicle. If that isn't bad enough, they are extremely rude when trying to gather information about your illegally towed vehicle the lady on the phone is extremely rude and was loud (almost yelling) when you attempted to ask her a question. . What a pleasant way to do business - NOT
