Gravity Gymnastics is a fitness and gymnastics school for children, ages 1 to 17. Our objective is to provide a holistic approach; by incorporating body, mind, and spirit, we prepare each child for a lifetime of personal success and achievement. We offer gymnastics classes; birthday parties; after care; summer, spring, and winter camp; and day camps, open play sessions, parents night out, and a lot more. Gymnastics helps with physical, social, emotional and cognitive development. At Gravity Gymnastics, we utilize games and gymnastics skills to challenge children and foster their physical and mental development. Movement benefits the whole child and it promotes fitness, self-esteem, self-confidence and learning. Muscle skill development helps maintain a healthy body, while the mental development builds the brain for future success in reading, writing and math.
