Terrible experience with this company. Chris was the person who helped me and I think he's the owner as well. I paid them a deposit and we scheduled a time for them to come to do the install. They disappeared until about 1 week after the scheduled date. Then they showed up without calling and they arrived with the wrong wood! They told me it would take another 3-4 weeks for the correct wood to come in. They told me I should install this wood that we didn't want at all. Of course we didn't allow them to install it so they left and disappeared again for over 1 month. I called and emailed and called and I was ignored. Finally, after legal threats, they sent me a check with my deposit. I ended up getting the work done somewhere else and they did wonderful and for less! STAY AWAY FROM CHRIS AND THIS COMPANY!!
