Just a warning. Do not buy anything from this company unless you are willing to get lied to and get the run around. I will be spreading the word. We were promised our home for 2 weeks...Brad already had our money...check cashed... then found out that the bank had not accepted the offer. Here I am 5 months pregnant and 2 weeks til Christmas with him telling us nothing but lies. When we wanted our money back...we was told we would have to get a lawyer and go to court to get it. We have finally gotten our home but had to have another company come and finish setting it up. If they would have just been truthful with us from the begining everything would have been different.

bradley has scammed us too. We have gave him several thousands dollars in cash and its been six to seven months we havent seen the mobile home. He is nothing but a liar. he smile right in our face, take the money, and promised us that he will deliver the mobile home in two to three weeks. The worst thing about it is that he was talking about church and told us that he is good person n come from a good family. What a great liar he is, but thats alright, all of us only live in this world for temporary and we will be judge by God. What goes around comes around, God is fair.

Beware of this company, dont give Brad any money.. Bad experience with all of his lies.....5 complaints with Robeson co sheriff dept in 5 months, same agenda..taking money (thousands of dollars) and not doing what he promises...BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I too have fell victim to his scams! HE MAY SEEM VERY NICE, BUT HE IS A CON ARTIST! Something really needs to be done about him and his"business"! DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY! PLEASE!

Please do NOT give these people your money! Bradley is nothing but a liar. We paid this man cash just for him to tell us not to call him call his attorney, get hung up on and to basically be told to go to hell and still haven't received any of our money back. Check him out with the BBB, Atty General's office, Robeson County Court House and the NC DMV inspector's office on Fayetteville Rd. in Lumberton.
