Love love love love this company. Did I say I love them? They have really cleaned up out community. We had a lot of people that never followed the rules, cared about our community or even paid their maintence fee's. Association Advisors was able to fix our issues and clean up our community.
I was shocked to see the post below , but those are probably the people who were part of the problem.
Love them!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The person I dealt with is rude, condescending and could care less about the quality of life of the residents.

One of thee worst management companies in New Jersey. The building I am currently living in was managed by AA. I would like to say to Stay Away. They do not know how to make the residences happy nor care. They allow a homeless man to live in front of the property. This company is impossible to get a hold of. We had called several times and sent multiple e-mails over a four day span and not once were we called back and all e-mails went unanswered. It's beyond frustrating PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE! (I am being forced to at least rate them one star when I should be giving them a -10).

TERRIBLE, RUDE, EMPLOYEES - DO NOT USE FOR YOUR SERVICES - RUDE, NASTY EMPLOYEES. I guess we are not the only ones slighted by the rude nature of the employees in this company. Look at January 8, 2015 comment? Same exact experiences.

This company is the most unresponsive company I have ever met. Weeks go by with no responses from them and to top it off they are way over priced. They have trespassed into my unit on several occasions, court documented, they are horrible at communication, and I have found them not telling the truth on several occasions on very important issues that impact the building, not just from mid level employees but also from the owners. Buyer beware, don't get yourself in the situation we are in. They can't even resolve people parking in your parking space.....why would you let them handle anything else.
They also took money from my account for a fire inspection that they only provided me 40 minutes notice, which I denied access, while everyone else received a weeks notice. I spoke with the company that did the fire inspection and they stated they weren't even going to bill but Association advisors requested this bill. The company issued a credit to this $400 charge and AA still has not returned my money. You cannot make this stuff up. As long as you believe the BS they throw around, you are good, but once you challenge them or ask to many questions it becomes a different situation.

I deal with Association advisors often as i live in one of the complexes they manage. Often, if i have a problem, calls and emails go unreturned. If they have an issue with me, however, i get notice after notice and threats of fines. My basement wall is collapsing, which is a very dangerous situation. All i have received from Ass Advisors (a more appropriate name) is rudeness, unprofessionalism and serious delays. The association sent a contractor to look at my issue 6 months ago and that contractor quickly came to the determination that the basement wall interior was collapsing due to frame issues and nothing to do with the outside wall possibly causing this. A few months later my friend, who is a licensed engineer, took a look and found the opposite, the outside wall was actually caving in. I had to pay for an engineer to come in a write up a report with his findings and still Ass advisors is giving me problems. I just talked to them and they can no longer talk to me about the basement issue, it is with their lawyers now. They cannot share any info with me and i can't even get a copy of their report. Oh and BTW, their lawyer wont call me back either. Do yourself a favor; save yourself a heart attack or mental breakdown and never live in a place managed by association advisors. Listen to my advice, anyone who lives under thier management suffers unnecessarily. Association Advisors don't realize they have an obligation to the owners in the complexes they manage.
