I would give this property negative a hundred Stars if I could when I moved into December the apartment looked clean except for the lack of a handle on the gas stove within a week or two of moving in my heat went out and all the food in my refrigerator got ruined the manager Greg simply said well you should have had homeowners insurance and that was the beginning of the end everything in this house breaks constantly over and over again management does not have an emergency number and if they feel like it they come in at 11:00 to 5:00 Friday through Saturday whenever they feel like it they don't fix anything they have 28 different buildings infested heavily with roaches and mice and everything else the building I'm in should be condemned it's an old Victorian split up into six apartments two in the upstairs and four in the basement they charge $650 an apartment and do zero maintenance when I finally withheld my rent in order to have the entire building sprayed for roaches I was evicted beware Greg says lots of wonderful things when you move in they live up to none of it as far as I know right now the housing authority of Indianapolis is about to take the owner of the building to court for the conditions of the building I'm in this is the worst most disgusting place I have ever lived in my entire 44 years and they don't care because the apartments are utilities included and they can turn them over to whoever they want because they don't have income regulations so they just basically keep turning them over and throwing slums to the people of Indianapolis it's the most disgusting thing I've ever seen in my life as of right now half of this building is empty because of the roaches and I guarantee you in the next month it'll be full up again because somebody will be stupid enough to move in here

My lease was coming up.I called the lady at the office about studio..We went there.Guy kick back in the recliner say those two apartments are best ones. So we went check out studio apartments reminded smelling trap house.SLUMLORD. SLUMLORD Want $520 a month for studio for a place it's totally disgusting and smell the place before get the door open.I never heard of business running away money seem like would keep places nice so money would stay.The office don look like office. Buyer beware on slumlords.Live in vacant house before you rent off slumlords.
