I had a vitreous membrane strands in my eye and was also needing contacts. This doctor did the exam, gave me one pair of contacts to wear which did not fit. There was nothing said about 90 days for recheck which was supposed to be free. When I went in 95 days which was how long before strands went away so she could recheck she refused and said no you can't have your prescription or any other contacts and if you want them you must pay $100 more dollars and $50 more if you want a redo exam since it has been over 90 days. I asked for an appt before this but they didn't have any openings. I had paid $100 before and was going to pay $100 to complete the bill but not if I can't have prescription or contacts or be rechecked. THESE PEOPLE ARE MONEY HUNGRY AND DO NOT FIT YOU PROPERLY IN CONTACT LENSES OR KNOW PROBLEMS THAT OCCUR WITH YOUR EYES. I TOLD HER I WAS ON BLOOD PRESSURE MED WHICH SHE SAYS CAUSED THE STRANDS AND SHE TOLD ME TO GET OFF THEM. DON'T GO HERE.
