My washer decided to stop functioning properly early on a Saturday morning. After making several calls to various companies and told repeatedly that I needed to wait until Monday, Northwest Appliance had a service technician at my door within hours. The technician was friendly, fast and even took the time to educate me on why I was killing my washer. Great service, fast and polite--will definitely use them the next time I break an appliance!
