It genuinely hurts and disappoints me to have to write this review as this man was a family friend, and I trusted his expertise and work at one time. I paid him to install 2 mini-splits in my attic. He never finished the job after a significant amount of time, though he was paid in full (my mistake). Being that his wife and I were friends and our kids basically grew up together, I gave a lot of leeway. However, as many other recent reviews say on other sites, he is unreliable and avoidant. He will say he is coming on a day and time, not show up and not answer calls or text messages. I eventually had to have another technician come and completely replace the system as no one would touch his work. I also ended up having to sue. I got a judgement and was still lenient in agreeing to a payment plan, again due to my connection to his wife and son. He was not apologetic at all for his actions, quite indignant actually, and has not held up to the judgement stipulation. When he was contacted regarding the payment, he basically alluded his demeanor and lack of compliance being because of my review. I guess he felt though he admitted he was in the wrong, no one has the right to warn others and be honest about his service...or lack there of.
