Chancellor Court apartments is a big pain to stay in. Once you move into the apartment and pay the deposit thats it. You can never reach the landlady. She is very mean and rude. Especially considering that the area is occupied by international students, she will not be available for any issues once you have paid the deposit. She switches off her office number, and you have no way to reach her. There is another number, which after trying for like days you get hold of her, she will yell at you. Basically, no decency or mannerism. And security deposit, just think that your $750 went into vain once you moved into Chancellor Court. She is taking advantage of the students and not returning the security deposit. I wish someone teaches her the manners of speaking. Horrible person to speak to, and be ready to hear abuses instead of getting your money back. Good luck to anyone who decides to move into these apartments, the location is the only factor that is getting her the tenants but that is at the cost of your security deposit. and the no one to help when something goes wrong in the apartment.
