I was a valued customer for two years I paid every item I had off maybe was late on a payment twice my tv goes out a month after I pay it off and yes I have club insurance I call to get it fixed well Robert in the Muskogee office says I would have to talk to Charles Robert would give him my number and have him call me ,a week goes by no call so I call back I get Charles , he says he needs to talk to his boss and call me back well another week goes by no call yep I call back Charles says his boss is on vacation he will in on Friday 3 weeks no results I call back on a Friday 4weeks Charles says his boss is out sick I say okay is there someone else you can talk to it's been 4 weeks I guess he makes a call and calls me back immediately which was shocking anywho so Charles tells me I gotta get a tech to look at my tv and send him the quote and Charles will send it to corporate first off am I not paying club insurance to cover my items so why do I need to do anything ,so I suck it up call a few places the results I got is I have to pay a fee in order to get a quote So I call Charles 2 weeks later and awaiting a response as to why do I gotta pay a fee and how is my television gonna be repaired and when What I have learned is Stanley's get it today doesn't take care of their customers almost 7 weeks without a television
