I was at one of your Upstate NY stores..located in Syracuse NY -Erie Blvd....and they are clearly not following Covid 19 protocols...carts are left uncleanec with trash and other peoples plastic gloves or paper flyers..also they are providing baby wipes to clean off the carts....Baby wipes do not have any antibacterial properties!! This store needs to be addressed immediately!!

I’m writing about the manager by the name of Bill in western new york. My first encounter with him was 2 years ago when there were a parking lot full of carts and one hit my car and scratched it. He stated “ there not going to do anything about it and I wouldn’t have parked there.” I was so aggravated and upset I didn’t move any further with my complaint. This encounter with Bill in 10/24/2020 I’m not letting go not only did Bill violate my personal space during this pandemic he called me crazy for telling him to get out of my face. I was in the riding cart and he stated I couldn’t take it in the lot. And then walked up close to me pointing the rule on the cart. Fine I have no problem with that but don’t call me crazy and get in my personal space. I don’t appreciate what he did and said. And I want this issue with Bill’s unprofessionalism addressed seeing as though he’s a manager.
