This company is the absolute worst place to rent from. I could go on for much longer than this forum would allow me to. Do not rent from these people. You WILL be screwed. You are better off renting from anyone else, or even putting a down payment on a home! You’ll spend just as much! :)

This was hands down the worst living experience of my life. You could have an actual infestation of opossums but don't expect the landlord to do anything about it. Broken appliances, despite coming with the house, are not the landlords responsibility. You could live there for two years and you won't see your landlord once, and being in contact with your properties landlord is next to impossible, and like I said don't expect him to do anything or show his face once. If you're considering renting through them DO NOT do it, unless you enjoy shady property owners! You'd be much better off living in an apartment with trustworthy and reliable owners, not DT Real estate.

I don't usually do Reviews but, I wanted to let the public know and be aware of what you are getting yourself into. This has been the worst place I have ever lived in my life. If you have children especially small children I advise you to NOT MOVE INTO any of their properties. All appliances are horrible and cheap. IF you don't have animals, expect to live when many rats, spiders, etc. (you might as well welcome them into the family as a family pet) I experienced an electrical fire caused by an outdated raggedy hot water heater. my family and I stayed in a hotel for a night because the house smelled like horrible smoke. The hot water heater was replaced the same day but the owner not once called to check on my family and I. we have never been late on rent and never caused any problems. upon move in a year ago I had to do a deep clean in the house because cat hair was all over the place. (I was not told the previous tent had an animal) cat hair was behind the dryer and all over the stove!!!!! NASTY!!!!!! when moving out they automatic take $250.00 from your deposit for clean up but clearly it wasn't clean when I moved in so I feel that they are just taking people money and not doing what they are suppose to do when the next tent move in. The only Good thing I have to say is The new maintenance guy that they hired is really nice and he will try his best to fix their raggedy apartments/houses. The old maintenance man was lazy and just patched things up to say he's been over!
