We are a Florida Certified General Contractor designing, building, remodeling homes and commercial spaces in Northeast Florida. There are vast differences between a family owned homebuilder and national builders. Our ability to be hands on every day and personally involved provides the blueprint for our success. Our methods of innovative design and old world craftsmanship have grown our solid reputation. We consider each homeowner and business owner an extension of our own family, like the branches on a tree. We are all connected when we work together to achieve our dreams. From community planning, to design and construction, we are dedicated to creating residences that exceed expectations, heighten the home buying experience and enrich the lives of those who call a New Leaf residence their home.
