Horrible experience. They are all about you before and at closing being responsive and answering questions. However with an issue of developer non-disclosure after closing, I have left messages and sent emails for 2 weeks to get Katy to call me back. Lori has given me one excuse after another for not getting g response... she has 4 kids, it is Election Day, a co-workers mother passed and she will probably be out all week, people have been in and out of her office all day, I haven't had time to give her your message. Most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with.
