This company's employee was incredibly rude to me in the marked company vehicle. He blocked me in when I was trying to leave a parking lot because he wanted to be in line for a fast food place. I tried to signal to him that he was blocking me in, and he repeatedly gave me the finger. I contacted the owner to let her know what her employee did, so she called me back and said she does not tolerate that kind of behavior and she would have him write me a letter of apology. This happened back in April, and it is now June. I messaged her twice to ask if she actually meant to follow through with this, and she said at the beginning of May that "she was busy and it was on her desk, she'll get it to me ASAP." Well, it's June... and I have heard nothing. This company is staffed by rude people and liars. Don't waste your time or money with them - I would imagine if you had trouble with them, the owner would not be interested in making it right. Unbelievable behavior from a locally owned company.
