Awesome company to rent from. When or if there was ever an issue. They were on top of getting everything fixed in a timely manner. I'd reccomend to friends and Family!

I had a pretty positive experience with Trisda Group. The home was nice and the maintenance response was great. Perhaps the best thing was that my wife and I wanted to buy a home and were in the middle of a lease this past May 2014. We contacted Danielle Seaman to see if there was any possibility of working our way out of our lease. To our surprise we were offered a chance to end the lease by paying 3 months rent as the termination fee. In light of the 7 months left, I felt this was a good deal, took it and ended up being a home owner. I wanted to post this because she did go above and beyond for us given that she really didn't have to do anything. I usually don't like leaving feedback, but I know that typically only negative comments get posted online. I appreciate the extra effort that was put forth for my wife and I.

I had a positive experience with this Landlord. They do have high standards as far as cleaning is concerned. When I viewed my particular single family home the then current tenants were not the cleanest people. However, upon my move in the unit was very clean which I appreciated given I am particular like that. Upon move out my deposit was charged fees for cleaning, which were reasonable given my previous experience with Landlords. Overall I was happy because they did allow me to have my dog and the house was nice. This can be a hard combination to find. I’d recommend them.

Moved in with crazy roommates. One roommate moved out and switched with another. I tried to leave and they told me they wouldn't let us switch anymore. Gas and electric was EXTREMELY HIGH. The house we got was poorly insulated, and the heat did not catch up with itself.

Just wanted to say "Thank you" to Trisda Group, Danielle, and her entire team for the last 3 years! I was so happy to rent a place that was nice for my rescue pup and I to live. It was very hard to find a Landlord who took large dogs, but we are so glad we did. I will truly miss the house and Pittsburgh !!
