I have First American Home Buyers Protection who selected Express Appliance Service for my dishwasher which wasn't draining. I called and set up an appt and was given a 4 hour window and suggested to call around lunchtime to get a more specific time. Vlad showed up and is a very friendly and helpful person. Very conscientious of houses, he put bags over his shoes and got to work. After about 20 min he got it to drain but suspected the pump was at the end of its life. He gave cleaning recommendations and if it didn't drain after the next full cycle, call back and he would come out to replace. It didn't drain, so came back out again 2 days later and replaced it. I cannot recommend Express Appliance Service enough, Vlad is very knowledgable, friendly and respectful and shares his knowledge of my appliances to keep them going.
