DO NOT BOOK WITH HERJC or Culinary Concepts. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism for a business. Not only was the caterer nearly impossible to get a hold of but he kept changing the details of the contract. Further, he even messed up our yarmulke order. Thank goodness we got out when we did because otherwise he would have forgotten the day of our wedding; our guests would arrive and nothing would be ready! Further, although he said he would return our deposit he has now fled from the scene (who knows where), some other caterer has taken over and refuses to return the deposit as well. So if you want to avoid a civil suit, lots of tears, disappointment and a huge headache: AVOID this place and catering company AT ALL COSTS. I rate this a -100 on a 5-star scale.
