Ron Wagner Home Improvement, Vinton, IA. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!!! He installed seamless gutters for me and one of them had a kink during installation. The same gutter suffered a breakdown during a rain storm shortly thereafter. I have called him on four occasions and had four broken promises. I spent money to have my attorney contact him.
