The dryer I purchased stopped working in a week. They picked the dryer up and told me I would hear from them in a couple hours. They never called. I called the next day, I was told my dryer would be ready or they would bring a replacement. That didn't happen either. I went to the store location the following morning. The owner said they don't do refunds. They can't give me a date for a loaner until they fix the one we bought a week ago. I am so upset, I have lost sleep waiting on them for days. Totally unprofessional. Don't spend, I mean waste, your hard earned money. #SCAMbusiness
