I don’t recommend using this service, my cats are my family and to have to put them down is devastating. They did return his ashes in a day but gave me a bag of bones. Looking into this on the 18th of May the owner’s said what do you expect, bones don’t disintegrate, and that was it, no sympathy or explanation on why I got a bag of bones back. Then to talk to my parents today after having to put their cat down and doing an individual cremation in Union Grove (which I recommend) you are to get your beloved ashes back not a bag of bones and their excuse blade must not be sharp. ARE YOU KIDDING ME, I just lost my friend and I want him home with us and they give us bones. I called into talk to them and got a lady that has no compassion, sympathy and rude and told me that I had to come in and show them what I have. Seriously!!I lose my cat and that is what you have to say to me!!! They had an excuse on why my poor cat was pieces of bones instead lovely calming ashes to see. I don’t and will not forget seeing long pieces of bones in the bag. NO SORRY NO COMPASSION and I have to watch them put his bones back in the grinder and listen to this and not one heartfelt apology. This was truly devastating having to re live this all over again just trying to get by day-by-day and get treated like this at such a heartbreaking time was so un-called for. Just remember your pets fill them with good memories not a bag of bones they should be ashes. Shame on them !!!!!!!!!!!
