WARNING!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! The Owner of this business, Roger Godwin, will come across in his initial consultation with you as a very conscientious business man who has integrity that will result in impeccable work. Unfortunately you will quickly find that this is not at all true and, in fact, the only time you will see the Owner, whom you thought you were hiring to do the work on your house, is when he comes by to get a payment. And he will call to come by and get these payments at the last minute even if it is not a convenient time for you making it very difficult to even really figure out what it is you have or are paying for. This is a very smart tactic on his behalf though, I must say, because he managed to get the last payment out of me and we are still not done with the project. A project that is 2 1/2 months behind schedule and more than $1,000.00 over budget (plus more if you include the extra tile used to re-cover tile already installed incorrectly, which equals more money out of our pockets). And if you are looking for a Contractor that communicates what is going on with your project, this is NOT the Company to use. The Owner is never in town and you will have to call and text message him several times before you get an answer and his answer is usually that he is out of town and won't be back for a couple of days. We have felt absolutely insignificant and unimportant and it shows in the work.
