I tried them once and promise myself I won't avail of their service anymore & to tell the other business owners I make dealings with to do the same thing.The reason being is that they ripped me off. I called them to ask how much they would charge me if I were to buy 3 storage racks from Costco, have them delivered at my store & set them up.I spoke to Sam & quoted me $130.00.However, after I went back to my store I realized I didn't have enough space to accommodate 3 so I ended up buying only 2 storage racks. When I called again to hire them to pick up the items from Costco,deliver them to my store & set them up,I spoke Veronica this time & she quoted me $80.00 for both with 30 minutes free for set up & $1.00/minute thereafter in excess of the 30 minutes free. These storage racks were actually easy to install however they are so heavy to carry by one person.I didn't want to bother any of my friends to give me a hand because they're so busy at work & so I hired this company instead. They ripped me off because 1st, they began counting the 30 minutes they gave me for free to set up the racks before they even showed up at my store.2nd, there were a total of 3 people who delivered the racks but when I checked them out while they were setting them up at the back of the delivery truck,only 1 person was working hence the reason it took them 1 hr and 20 minutes to finish the job.My total charge was $130.00 which is equivalent to their charge for 3 racks.Where is the logic there?
