Rapid helped me with a water damage repair in the basement of a home that we were buying last summer. They responded quickly, got the job done, and sent all the information to my mortgage company for me. I would highly recommend Rapid Restoration if you are in need of help in your home or place of business. The technicians and office staff are very friendly and have great communication throughout the process.

These guys are the most professional and thorough workers I have ever had work for me! When I was totally freaked out about our sewer back up, my friend recommended this company to call to clean it up and get the tree roots out of our sewer line. I am so glad I called them. Awesome service, and overall nice guys. Totally trustworthy. What great customer service ... Which is So hard to find these days. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Highly, highly recommended. We had some clear water sewage back up and flood our basement on a Sunday night, and they were there the next morning to help us clean, assess, and document everything. What should have been a very stressful situation became very smooth thanks to their courteous, professional, and quick manner. They were incredibly communicative, thorough, and did great restoration work. Our basement now has never looked better!
