I dropped my iPhone (from just a sitting position) and my screen completely shattered. After doing some research online we decided to get my phone repaired by MOR WIRELESS due to their best Review. I have heard of places that asks me to send my phone to them and I didn't want to risk that and have to pay even more.
The customer service is amazing, I had accidentally given the incorrect email address and they were very understanding and set up another appointment for the very next day. They only took about 20 minutes to completely replace my screen and they charge lower then it would have cost to go to Apple, yet they use original parts. I was very happy with the overall experience.
