I would give zero stars if I could. We had service through Republic for years at our place of business. After Republic refused to remove a charge for inability to pick up a dumpster, which was NOT blocked, as the driver said it was, we ended service with Republic and went elsewhere. Not only did Republic pick up the dumpster from our shop, which we paid for as our final bill, we continued to receive monthly bills for a rental that we no longer had. After making MULTIPLE attempts at getting a hold of literally ANYONE that would actually do their job and close our account, we still keep receiving bills. The customer service phone line just keeps telling us that our sales representative would call. The dumpster was picked up in SEPTEMBER and now in DECEMBER, we STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE PHONE CALL FROM ANYONE. This is legitimately the worst form of customer service. How Republic Services stays in business with this lack of any sort of follow through is beyond our company.
