In April 2015 we were looking to get more water pressure out of our showers; it was a dribble in the new house we purchased. We called Scott and he gave us a free estimate, which is unheard of. Then instead of giving us a great big sales pitch and charging us a fortune, he took the "governor" /water-saver out of the shower head and we now have wonderful pressure. Since these are hand-held showers we had removed a piece already in the shower head that we thought would do it, but there were more pieces in the head itself.
