My frined and I worked for Richard Cremaschi at Fresh Markets as wine demo reps in 2011. This man doesn't ask for an application, experieince, when advertising for help on Craigslist and has someone call new people for him. He said originally he would deposit money earned for hys worked into a Bank of America acct as a transfer from his acct. Then he refused and would pay by cash only after several calls are made to him after the work week or 2 wks ended. He lies and says many good stories. He tells them when questioned if they don't like it he will get someone else. He is very unorganized and has been told to leave Total Wines and More in Tampa by the mgr. He owes my frined for hours worked. He has no payroll system and says he works that way. I am having similar experiences with this man. He conveniently forgets, does what he wants, very underhanded about paying especially on pay rates he previously agreed to. When he does pay it's not what you bargain for, says things like atm machine won't allow him to take out but certain daily limit and on weekends it's suspicious activity. It's nuts. As previously mentioned t by Aileen his company is high risk, no records, no payroll, etc

The wine is fantastic, and the price point is a wonderful bargain for such top quality wines. I know the demo girl in Destin, Fl and she has nothing but wonderful things to say about the company or Richard. She loves what she does and respects her boss. I also would like to add that Ms. Martini has no business posting his personal number on the internet. I also think that that cute redhead in Destin doe s a great job selling wines, and I have recommended the wine on numerous occasions to multiple restaurants and bars. I look forward to seeing Cremaschi Wines at my store soon.
