Just trying to save others from the pain I endured. Hired him to build a house and learned he is just in it to make a buck. When completed, slider doors were not square and would not open/close correctly. Deck stairs were not level and deck was not attached to house. Building inspector was kind enough to point this out to me as he denied the occupancy permit. After 3 months of trying to get him back to fix things I realized he's not coming back. Why should he, he got the last payment. He's the kind of guy that gives contractors a bad name. He either doesn't know how to do it or doesn't care. So, save yourself the trouble and find someone respectable.
