Do not use this company. I too purchased through groupon and had the run around for almost a month, after finally scheduling an appointment and no one ever calling to confirm the time as requested. The owner Annetta had the audacity to call me asking did I really need my house cleans for the holidays and had an attitude when I told her yes. I agree with the previous review do not waste your time or effort. Thankfully groupon refunded my money.

It is now December 5th and after 3 calls (only 1 returned), 9 emails and 1 web-form submission through their site, i STILL have not been able to get an appointment.…

DO NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a Groupon on October 30th and have been trying to schedule an appointment since. It is now December 5th and after 3 calls (only 1 returned), 9 emails and 1 web-form submission through their site, i STILL have not been able to get an appointment. In fact, the owner Annetta told me she was going to come today between 10am and 2pm and NOBODY showed up, even though I responded to her email last week when she suggested this appointment AND followed up today. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company is an unbelievable waste of time and massive source of frustration.

Do not use Shining Kingdom. I also purchased (and later returned) a groupon for their cleaning service. At first, I had a hard time getting in touch with Annetta for an appointment. When she finally called me back, I scheduled a cleaning for the Monday before Thanksgiving (which she would not confirm a time range until I said I would look elsewhere). My 1:00pm appointment came and went, at 4:30pm Annetta called and said someone had called out and they couldn't do the cleaning until after Thanksgiving. She also said she "forgot" my phone number so could not call me earlier in the day, though I had called and sent an email earlier that afternoon when it was clear she wasn't showing up. I worked from home that day so I could be home for the appointment. Luckily, Groupon was very understanding of the situation and returned my money.
