Am a contractor who has been doing business in the area for about 10 years. Worst vendor experience I've ever had. Mark Prince, on multiple occasions has contacted me asking for my business. When I sent him a list of supplies to bid for a new home build, he promised me an answer within a day or two. It's been well over a week and he will not answer my texts or phone calls at the expense of my customers. This is one of several times he's "ghosted" me. I can provide documentation to verify. Guess he's "entitled" to our business without having to work for or earn it. Not sure how they stay in business this way. Customer service is the worst. There's way better vendors to use in this area. Buyer beware!
