I have tried to work with the owner to have my issues resolved but he is unprofessional and spoke abusively to my wife over the phone. My well has gone down 3 times and I still have never been educated on how to maintain my well after repeated requests. The slab I paid for has equipment overhanging slab and wiring is not up to code. I am still waiting for the day the owner comes out to inspect work but he consistently uses his disability as a method of avoidance. I also am a disabled veteran who feels this individual will take you money and run.
