carl went out of his way to help replace my roof!!!! He spoke with the insurance adjuster for me (made sure they saw the damage) & used the correc wording to get them to pay! When I first called, he came out & put some shingles on to prevent the next rain storm from doing more damage! Carl was on time for all of the appointments he made with me, & kept his word. L. Sims
