We believe in taking the highest quality of beans we can, which we buy from small independant farmers across the world, and then roast it to the fullest potential it has. We value the whole bean and never burn or taint the delicious natural flavor inherent in the bean, but bring that out by properly and freshly roasting them. Just let us know your preference when ordering, and we can roast to order and to the degreee you desire, such as french, light or dark roast.
