`i started getting my meds from this company in sept..i had to change my amounts and called to get them shipped in dec and in march they took 150.00 out of my account, unbeknownst to me. i called to inquire and was told i was on an automatic shipment every 3 mos...i explained that this was NEVER anything i was told and at the present time, i am not even able to use the meds due to other health problems. they replied that they could not do anything about it, they had already dispensed them and they were being sent..i rec. them 4 days later seems strange. i am appalled at their handling of this. no reminder that they were getting set to take money..quite honestly they were lucky there was money there. i will never go back to this company and i will continue to complain about this inappropriate handling. i should have known better than give my account info to them. i am pursuing turning them into the better business bureau gail dempsey

I began using this pharmacy about a year ago. I was struggling to find a company that could meet my very unique needs. I was referred to Rxtra by a friend who had been utilizing their services for a few months and said their customer service was impeccable... He was right. I was thrilled. Not only did Rxtra make it possible for me to actually take the medication I need, they did it at a price I could afford. Most importantly they restored my faith in the medical world. There really are people who care and Rxtra is the definition of that.

i heard about rxtra from friends on facebook and glad i've tried them out. My liason heather is very easy to talk to and always happy to speak with me when I call. i have problems when i cant get my medicine and rxtra always makes sure im up to date and dont forget my monthly orders. making medicine personal is what they do best.
