From the outset, it was clear that George lacked the requisite knowledge and expertise, resorting to guesswork rather than informed diagnostics. His approach not only failed to identify the actual issue but also suggested unnecessary and costly repairs, such as replacing the condenser, which was entirely unwarranted. It became evident that George's primary objective was to generate more work for himself, thereby inflating the costs needlessly. His pricing for every component-from the compressor to the Freon gas-was exorbitantly high, raising serious concerns about his honesty and integrity. Moreover, George insisted on being paid exclusively in cash, refusing to provide receipts or any form of warranty, leaving me without any recourse if the problem remained unresolved. Given this deeply unsatisfactory experience, I strongly advise against seeking air conditioning repair services from George. His practices are not only dishonest but also financially exploitative, ensuring a negative experience for anyone who engages his services.

Well if I could give them a 0 zero rating, I would. The technician name is George. I spoke to him few days prior and would not schedule a appointment with me but just told me I will call you on Friday an hour before I come. Whatttttt the hell. He never called me on Friday. I had to call him and remind him. When this stupid ahole arrived, he did little bit of testing and said it was the fuse. He changed the fuse, the system still didn't work. Then he said it was the capacitor, even though it was new. He said that he was going to get one and get back shortly. Few minutes after he left I got the following text message. " I'm sorry man call somebody else I don't wanna work with the system". Is this dumb f...serious. I don't recommend this company to anyone even if they would do it for free. Run as far and as fast as you can.
