EMPOWER is a program that offers workshops that focus on three vital aspects...self esteem, confidence, and acceptance.

I help others reach and maintain a healthy level of self esteem, become more self confident and to also be more accepting of themselves and others. I also do workshops on bullying as I feel this is a major issue among young people today and can in turn cause issues with these three vital aspects in life. I have worked with Cheryl Hart of 2ND WIND MOTIVATION and of the Hart to Heart Talk Show to help develop this program. I will also be partnering with Mary Kay on certain workshops for young ...
